Frequently asked questions

How do I pair two devices?

One device acts as the Master (the one watching battery levels) and the other as the Slave (the one being watched). On the Slave, open Show QR Code. On the Master, tap Add Device and scan that code. Once paired, the Master sees the Slave's battery level and charging status.

Why isn't a paired device updating?

Battery readings refresh when the watched device's level or charging state changes, and when you pull to refresh. Make sure both devices have an internet connection, notifications are enabled, and the watched device has opened the app at least once since pairing. On the Master you can also tap Refresh to request the latest reading on demand.

How do I stop monitoring a device?

On the home screen, tap the remove (trash) control on the device you want to unpair. The pairing is removed for both devices.

How do I delete my account and all my data?

Open Settings, tap Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently removes your account, your devices, and all stored battery history from our servers. It cannot be undone.

Which devices are supported?

PowrSync runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 16 or later.

Is my data private?

Yes. PowrSync collects only what it needs to run the service and uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. See the Privacy Policy below for full details.
